Frostfire Mine Guide – Whiteout Survival
Updated: June 23, 2026
The Frostfire Mine is an alliance PvP event in Whiteout Survival where alliances fight over the central mine and the surrounding strongholds. Whoever holds the mine scores points continuously. Victory here comes not from individual strength but from coordination and timing.
How the Frostfire Mine works
The event map has a central mine plus several towers/strongholds around it. The alliance holding the mine earns points over time. The surrounding strongholds grant bonuses or access routes – controlling them makes attacking or defending the mine easier.
Strongholds first, then the mine
- Take the outer towers/strongholds first – they open the path to the mine and grant advantages.
- Bundle your troops into coordinated rallies on ONE target instead of attacking spread out.
- After capturing a point, station reinforcements so the enemy can't immediately retake it.
Holding the mine
Once you occupy the mine, point gathering begins – but the enemy will immediately try to take it back. Keep reinforcements and healing speedups ready and rotate in fresh troops. The longer you control the mine, the bigger your lead.
Choosing troops and heroes
- For rallies (attack) use an offensive rally leader with high damage.
- For the garrison (defense) use an Infantry/defensive hero that absorbs incoming attacks.
- Watch your troop ratio and quickly refill losses between fights.
