SvS Guide (State vs State) – Whiteout Survival
Updated: June 23, 2026
SvS (State vs State) is the big PvP event in Whiteout Survival where two states compete. It consists of a preparation week with daily point objectives and a following battle phase. Spend your resources to match each day's task and you'll score many times more points.
Event structure
SvS splits into a multi-day preparation phase and a battle phase. During prep, each day has a different point theme (e.g. radar/heroes, building power, research, troop training, defeating troops). In the battle phase you attack the enemy state and score points for troops defeated.
Save resources for the right day
- Stockpile speedups, hero shards, research and building resources in your backpack instead of spending them right away.
- Cash in each action on its matching day: build on building day, research on research day, troops on training day.
- That way every action counts twice – once for your progress, once for SvS points.
The battle phase
In the battle phase you cross the map into the enemy state. Points come from enemy troops defeated. Don't attack alone – alliance rallies on single targets are far more effective and cut your own losses. Concentrate fire on a few targets.
Protection while offline
- Activate a peace shield before going offline – otherwise you lose troops and hand the enemy points.
- Keep your troops healed; dead troops cost resources and time.
- Store valuable resources as items so they aren't plundered in an attack.
